Healthy, intelligent, funny I really value honesty and empathy. Attractiveness is high on the list, being a man, but beauty, of course is in eye of the beholder, or as I've also heard it, "in the eye of the beer holder". I'm attracted to a woman with a great sense of irony and I find women who laugh a lot, intoxicating. I tend to be *nalytical but my conversation tends toward the same topics that most people engage in, neighborhood bears, barefoot bandits, ardipithecus ramidus....stuff like that.

As far as tastes in authors, I've read most of Bill Bryson's books and I subscribe to Discover magazine. I guess I tend towards classic rock, Eric Clapton, Bruce Springsteen, James Taylor, Be Good Tanyas, Neil Young, Beatles, Stones. I like exploring new places around the lower mainland but it's a bit tough having seen most of it. My favorite comedians are Mitch Fatel and Ricky Gervais and I'll watch any documentary narrated by David Attenborough.

I'm musically and artistically inclined but you don't have to be.
