My daughter is one of the best things that's ever happened to me. Before her I was selfish, and not motivated to do anything constructive with my life. Finding out that she was on the way changed everything!

There isn't a day that goes by that she doesn't amaze me in some way... even if it's trying to figure out how she was able to spread just one little bottle of syrup over 1000 square feet of carpet!

She's with me five days of the week, which I love, but I also treasure those 48 hours off! I try to do some serious relaxing during that time so that I'll be ready for all the fun she wants to have when she gets home.

I'd like to meet other single parents so that they understand my situation. They get that she's the #1 thing in my life. They get that I'm REALLY busy, and sometimes plans have to be canceled for her. They get that sometimes kids don't listen!
