very caring I am a special education teacher, I have my Master's degree and I love children! I have two of my own who are now young adults.(My daughter is in her last year of college and my son is 19 and in the Marines) I always wanted more children but we never did...that's another story. I love my children and my big Italian family, we are all very close...but they live in N.J. and I miss them terribly. I love to cook, I learned most from my Italian grandmother, but I love to cook all kinds of food. I've been told I am a very good cook Anyway...I am looking for a guy thats down to earth..enjoys being outdoors and indoors. Someone who likes to hike and bikeride, but like to go to nice restaurants or wouldn't mind going to a play once in a while. I'm kind of a quiet person so I really don't like the wild scene (night club life) or bar scene. I like to have a glass of wine once in a while, but I really don't like drunkeness at all or being around people who are. I like to look nice (I usually do) and I really would love it if the man I am with doesn't mind looking nice too...however, I don't mind (getting dirty) working around the house and fixing things up, as a matter of fact I have learned how to do a lot of things around the house out of necessity (dry wall, tile etc). Crazy huh? But I am definitly a lady through and through...you would never know I can do those things by looking at me. I love art, I can sing and play the guitar. I play and sing in a church group on and off. I believe in God and I am looking for the kind of church that believes that your everyday life should reflect your beliefs, not just on Sunday, however I also believe that we should not be judgemental of others who don't believe the same way. I think that the Bible does not specify religions, just guidelines for living. So, I live right and hope I will find the right church someday. I love to laugh and play games too!
