I am a big, bold, beautiful momma bear (yes, I have growled at a dog for barking at my little girl). I am a writer by profession (I write a single parenting column for examiner.com and am working on adding "novelist" to my many titles). I have a BA in Biblical Text and was working on an MA in Old Testament when I had my baby and had to postpone my work.

I have one child and am currently separated. I am a SAHM and love it! My daughter and I love to play outside with the dog whether in the backyard or at the park. We love going for nature walks and experiencing as much of this wide world as possible.

As far as what I am looking for...well,I am looking for an Alpha male who has the wits to keep up with me both intellectually and spiritually. He must have strong moral fiber and a strong will. Must be compassionate and aware of what is going on around him. Preferably a Christian. Good communication skills are a must because, by God, if I can't have a scintillating conversation with him on a regular basis I will go crazy!Anything beynd this, I will find out as it comes.
