Warm, loving, creative, intelligent home life I am a very honest, caring and creative person whose main goal in life is to help my 8 year old son bloom and thrive in life. I feel that only really happens when someone is surrounded by love, intelligence, kindness, patience and empathy with a liberal dash of self-discipline. I am a hands on artsy person who loves long walks (if you can't do 5 miles, no thanks). I love books, music, dancing (mostly at home), anything celtic (Scottish roots), animals, gardening and I'm a retired upholsterer so I love working with my hands and creating something beautiful from something old and worn out. I am a strange blend of old and new. I love spinning wool and knitting but don't "need" a man to take care of me....I "want" the right man, not just any man. I am very passionate and romantic, with the right person.

I am looking for someone who is loyal, honest and just as I do, protects what is his out of love and also has a very natural sense of right and wrong.
